The fondant used for the cakes is Satin Ice, it is dairy free, gluten free, trans fat free, nut free and vegan. Many top celebrity bakers use this brand of fondant. The chocolate and flour is also gluten free. The flour is organic. Omega 3 eggs are used in the batter. Low fat milk, cream and butter milk is used as part of the ingredients for certain batters.
The cakes are baked in a very clean environment where hygiene is top priority. My cake flavours are unique and delicious and they are made from scratch!
