Our cuisine is based on the traditional style of charcoal based cooking, with a focus on pure and high quality ingredients and aromatic spices. Spices such as red chilies, garlic, ginger, garam masala, and coriander seeds are individually selected by a team of seasoned chefs and included to give the grilled meat dishes an added flavor that will tantalize your taste buds. The menu includes an appetizing array of signature grilled food items complemented by an assorted selection of seafood, vegetarian specialties and desserts. A collection of kebabs, which arrive fresh off the skewer accompanied by a generous portion of Pulao or Biryani, are at the core of the menu. The Afghani Tikka and Mutton Ribs are a must try and the signature Fish Tikka always receives innumerable rave reviews.We also offer over 15 vegetarian dishes including healthy Palak Paneer, tangy and spicy Khattay Baingan and Aloo Zeera, (sauted potatoes with cumin seeds).
