Is a bread product originating in Poland, traditionally shaped by hand into the form of a ring from yeasted wheat dough, roughly hand-sized.

BAGELS FACTORY

Is a locally-owned factory that serves 5 varieties of freshly baked bagels. Bagels to be served with the factory's burger signatures. Our signatures were selected out of a long list of the most preferred burger combination in the UAE from the organic beef selection to upto toppings and signatures sauces ingredients.

FACTORY BOH and FOH TEAM

To be the best, it is importatnt to select the “best” team members. “Best” in this circumstance could be defined as the right member with the necessary skills and abilities to perform the factory's outcome. We are confident enough that the managerial and the preparation team are hightly qualified and they have been selected based on their knowledge and experience on UAE market.

FACTORY MENU

It is always challenging but not difficult to develop a signature menu that meets our market needs. Due to the large menu selection, our menu will be changed every now and then (TBA).

The factory DOESN'T serve regular dishes. However, it ONLY serves signatures
