Al Hamad Building Company L.L.C. & Dubai Civil Engineering were established on February 1985 with their Head Office being in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, licensed to build up to four storey’s, by 1989, less than four years of trading, our license was upgraded to Unlimited category - the highest classification in existence. This allowed the Company to expand rapidly and compete with biggest and best in the construction business setting the foundations firmly in place for what has become the Al Hamad Group of Companies that exists today.

The Al Hamad Group of Companies brings to every client an array of professional talent, along with the resources to successfully complete even the most complex projects. With an extensive network of labor, material and equipment, the group can always find ways in which to meet the client’s and project needs, with its expertise encompassing general building, turnkey projects, structural, finishing, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, external and all other related works

The Groups Headquarters are still based in Sharjah with filter office throughout the UAE, and Regional Offices in Bahrain and Jordan. Al Hamad Group of Companies consists of their contracting companies which in Bahrain, Jordan and Oman are called Al Hamad Construction and Development Company W.L.L. In the United Arab Emirates they are Al Hamad Building Company L.L.C. with their branch in the emirate of Dubai being called Dubai Civil Engineering. All of the group’s construction companies use their in house architectural and design departments along with their Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural and Reinforcement Divisions, to give their clients an all encompassing package to deliver their project from inception to completion with the maximum quality for the best cost in the shortest timescale.

Supporting the Groups Contracting Companies are Al Hamad Industrial Company, which comprises of Aluminum fabrication and installation, Carpentry & joinery production and installation, Stainless Steel fabrication and installation, A/C duct fabrication, Glazing works, Extrusion, PVC fabrication, and a Marble Division.
